Before visiting the Studio
Do you have a supported payment card?
You need a supported credit or debit card to use the payment function. In the initial phase, not all cards are compatible with the Smart Chip. You can find a current list of all supported cards here:
Your credit or debit card isn’t listed? No problem! Order a Swiss Bankers Life Digital Card in the Swiss Bankers app. This is a virtual prepaid card that you can connect to the Smart Chip and top up with credit via your credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

The Life Digital card is free for 3 months. After that, it costs CHF 2.90/month.

Set up the functions you want in the app. For the payment function, you need your card information (number, expiration date, and CVC).
